To enter the event, you must be 18 years old or become 18 years old in 2025.

If you purchased a Paddock ticket, an exclusive T-shirt is included in your package. You will be able to pick up your T-shirt at the Paddock entrance by showing your shirt e-ticket.

Leftover value on your card is refundable. You can request a refund for all leftover value on your card after the event.

At the event we kindly ask you not to bring any unnecessary things with you. Bags will be checked when entering the venue. Lockers will be available to store backpacks and bags.

Everything will be put in place to make the security checks go as smoothly as possible. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and your spontaneous cooperation at the security checks.

Please be aware there is an absolute zero tolerance policy regarding drugs.

We protect our visitors' hearing. Sound levels are constantly monitored in accordance with the law. You can get free earplugs at the lockers and cashless stations.

Lockers are available inside the venue for € 6 and € 8. The venue is not responsible for any damages or thefts.

Accessibility for visitors with a disability and/or reduced mobility. There are parking spots for visitors with a disability and/or reduced mobility. Please contact flandersexpo@backtoback.be with a copy of your European Blue Parking Card or another official document which states that you have a disability.

A separate lane at the main entrance, a wheelchair platform and accessible toilets will be provided at the venue.

The platform is not only intended for wheelchair users. Also people who have difficulties with walking or standing - due to disability or illness - people with restricted growth or short stature, people with visual impairments, etc. can use this platform.
